SUMMARY:Navigating Long-Term Uncertainty and the Aftermath of Disruption
DESCRIPTION:Key to any leadership role is the ability to provide a sense of informed direction and a sense of calm when situational demands exceed internal resources. Uncertainty can cause us to feel ‘blind’ and unsure about our own strengths and intuition. \nThis webinar\, presented by The Crisis Tamer Lisa Dinhofer\, will provide ‘navigational tools’ for working with uncertainty and planning for the aftermath of disruption. \nThis session will provide practical steps for: \n\nIdentifying the often missed opportunities of ‘not knowing’\nEffectively using clarity\, ‘knowing’ and confidence during disruption\nFinding gold in the ‘gap’ between the problem and finding the solution\nThe critical role Values play in managing uncertainty for yourself and your team\nPlanning for what we never think about in the aftermath of disruption\n\nWe’ve extended this webinar to allow for more questions and on-the-spot coaching around this topic. With change happening at an accelerated pace\, this timely presentation will be updated to resonate with what’s happening up to the date of this session.\nPresented by Lisa Dinhofer\, MA\, CT – The Crisis Tamer\n\n \n\nLisa Dinhofer\, MA\, CT is The Crisis Tamer. She works with subject matter and circumstances most people turn away from. Lisa mentors companies past traumatic events\, workplace abuse and disastrous communications to regain stability and establish a new normal. Lisa was an employee at the World Trade Center during the 1993 bombing and was still working in NYC during 9/11. She draws from those first hand experiences of trauma in the workplace and lessons learned from other workplace tragedies. \nLisa is a certified Thanatologist\, trained counselor and communication expert with over 18 years of professional experience training\, consulting\, coaching and speaking on effective messaging and situational management for traumatic or unexpected loss\, workplace bullying and sexual harassment\, difficult conversations and unintended outcomes\, chronic conflict and performance development within high intensity front-line occupations and business environments.
