The firm’s investments are predominantly in such sectors as multi-family\, debt/fixed income\, retail and medical office. Prior to 2013\, Hemant’s work experience was at such firms as HD Supply\, Ernst & Young and RBC Capital Markets where he focused on mergers & acquisitions\, valuation and corporate strategy. He has a BBA in Finance from Emory University and an MBA from University of Texas at Austin. \nHemant is a mentor with SCORE and provides advisory services on a consulting basis to investment firms.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nadmin.0048@scorevolunteer.org
