He is the president and managing partner M & A Advisors. Having completed the sale of more than 200 businesses he has acquired a large body of experience in recasting financial statements and tax returns. Key to safely purchasing a business is understanding the value as well as the associated risks of acquiring a business. John has been helping buyers and sellers of businesses since 1981. \nMel Weisblatt \nMel has a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University and an M.A. from Case Western Reserve University. He has been a business broker since 1989\, and the owner of his own company\, Probus Business Sales\, since 2000. He was president of the California Association of Business Brokers\, as well as Executive Director of CABB. As a business broker he has focused on small business in the Bay Area and has represented hundreds buyers and sellers successfully negotiate the transfer of businesses.
