Nina has a passion for teaching newcomers to the design and construction process how to launch and succeed in developing new and expanded bricks and mortar locations. Her projects have included lease space fit-outs and new construction for retail\, restaurant/brewery\, office\, and industrial clients as well as acclaimed music venues\, art museums and galleries\, and amenities-rich RV resorts.\nIrulian has over 7 years of expertise in the realm of commercial real estate\, most recently with Partners Real Estate. At the beginning of her professional career\, she immersed herself in the world of hospitality after receiving a bachelor’s degree from The Culinary Institute of America in New York. With roles as a general manager and sommelier\, she cultivated a deep appreciation for the service industry and urban market. This led her to facilitate the opening of new restaurant locations\, ultimately introducing her to the landscape of commercial real estate. Irulian collaborates with diverse service providers\, navigating the landscape to discover ideal flagship locations and facilitate expansions.
