She moved into an Economic Development Specialist role in 2014 and brings hands-on disaster response experience\, having served on disaster teams during Hurricane Gustav in Galveston\, TX (2008) and Hurricanes Irma and Maria in St. Croix\, VI (2017). She spent three years at the SBA North Carolina District Office in Asheville before returning to Indiana in 2022. \nBefore joining the SBA\, Harvey spent 20 years in marketing management\, with expertise in non-traditional sales and media buying. Her career includes positions at WTHR\, WXIN\, WTTV\, Radio One\, Dorna/ANC Sports Marketing\, and Promotus Advertising. \nShe holds a bachelor’s degree in Radio & Television with a double major in Journalism from Butler University. \nHarvey is passionate about helping entrepreneurs solve problems and achieve their business goals.
