DESCRIPTION:Scrath Kitchen & Cocktails\, Paseo \nTopic: Marketing and Sales\nThe workshop is an accelerator program that provides a matching platform for farmers and restaurants or institutional buyers to create quality relationships that foster efficient business transactions. The workshop is ideal for farmers who have products or are about ready to go to market\, and for local buyers (restaurants/chefs\, cafeterias) interested in delicious\, quality\, reliable and variety of produce supply. Participants are encouraged to come prepared ready to make business deals. \nSpeaker(s): OKSBDC & OSU Extension staff \nReasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities will be made if requested at least two weeks in advance.
