SUMMARY:Navigating Long-Term Uncertainty and the Aftermath of Disruption
DESCRIPTION:Key to any leadership role is the ability to provide a sense of informed direction and a sense of calm when situational demands exceed internal resources. With change happening at an accelerated pace\, this timely presentation will be updated to resonate with what’s happening up to the date of this session.\nPresented by Lisa Dinhofer\, MA\, CT – The Crisis Tamer\n\n \n\nLisa Dinhofer\, MA\, CT is The Crisis Tamer. Lisa was an employee at the World Trade Center during the 1993 bombing and was still working in NYC during 9/11. She draws from those first hand experiences of trauma in the workplace and lessons learned from other workplace tragedies. \nLisa is a certified Thanatologist\, trained counselor and communication expert with over 18 years of professional experience training\, consulting\, coaching and speaking on effective messaging and situational management for traumatic or unexpected loss\, workplace bullying and sexual harassment\, difficult conversations and unintended outcomes\, chronic conflict and performance development within high intensity front-line occupations and business environments.

SUMMARY:Pivoting Your Marketing Efforts
DESCRIPTION:The Coronovirus has sent many of us home to work\, or we have shifted to an online platform. During this shift\, how do we promote our products and services? We will go over a 4-step checklist that small businesses should undertake during this time. \nThere will be plenty of time for Q&A with the instructor! \nPresenter: Stephen Koranda\, CDME\, CTA\, is a 20-plus year marketing professional. \nKoranda is Principal and Sr. Consultant for Back To You Marketing\, a marketing agency and tourism consultancy firm based in Norman\, Oklahoma\, that counsels small businesses on their marketing initiatives to grow their business. Koranda speaks regularly on marketing\, sales\, social media\, email marketing\, and customer service. Koranda is the Authorized Local Expert for Constant Contact\, the email service provider and marketing toolkit. \nThis workshop will be conducted online using ZOOM Meeting. Prior to the start of the workshop\, you will be emailed instructions for logging into the meeting.  If you opt to call in to the number provided\, you will be unable to “see” all the features\, but will be able to hear the webinar. If possible\, we encourage you to take full advantage of the interactive training by using the link provided in the registration confirmation email you will receive prior to the training to join us “in person” using your phone or computer’s camera. \nYou will be redirected to PayPal to pay for registration. Fee is non-refundable. If you cannot attend\, your registration may be able to be transferred to another workshop. \nFunded in part through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
