DESCRIPTION:Are you tired of running your business alone? Do you have a job advertised and are only getting poor applicants? Do you know how much your employees really cost your business?  In this workshop\, we will examine the basics of hiring and managing employees.\nWe will cover: \nknowing when it’s time to hire someone\nhow to craft a job description and the basics of interviewing\nwhat you need to keep now that you have your first employee\ncompliance issues and necessary documentation for having employees\nleading a strong team\nBoth new and existing small business owners will benefit from this workshop. \nSpeakers from Francis Tuttle Launch Pad\, Moore Norman Technology Center\, MidDel Technology Center\, SCORE\, OKSBDC and REI Women’s Business Center. \nPartners:  Speakers from Francis Tuttle Launch Pad\, Moore Norman Technology Center\, MidDel Technology Center\, SCORE\, OKSBDC and REI Women’s Business Center \nYou will be redirected to PayPal to pay for registration.
