DESCRIPTION:Do you have short term and long term goals for your business? Do you know what would happen to your business if something happened to you? Have you documented your key business processes? Join us for this workshop which will take a deeper look into the different areas of operations you need to consider when starting and growing your business. In this workshop\, we will take a look at how to structure your business to meet your business needs\, how to set short term and long term goals and strategies\, as well as examine different areas of risk within your business. Both new and existing small business owners will benefit from this workshop. \nSpeakers from Francis Tuttle Launch Pad\, Moore Norman Technology Center\, MidDel Technology Center\, SCORE\, OKSBDC and REI Women’s Business Center. \nPartners: Speakers from Francis Tuttle Launch Pad\, Moore Norman Technology Center\, MidDel Technology Center\, SCORE\, OKSBDC and REI Women’s Business Center. \nYou will be redirected to PayPal to pay for registration.
