| Hemant Chhajwani is a Principal/Owner of Chhajwani Investment Group, an investment fund founded in 2013 that owns and manages a portfolio of holdings in commercial real estate and private business predominantly in the Southeast. The firm’s investments are predominantly in such sectors as multi-family, debt/fixed income, retail and medical office. Prior to 2013, Hemant’s work experience was at such firms as HD Supply, Ernst & Young and RBC Capital Markets where he focused on mergers & acquisitions, valuation and corporate strategy. He has a BBA in Finance from Emory University and an MBA from University of Texas at Austin.
Hemant is a mentor with SCORE and provides advisory services on a consulting basis to investment firms. |
