Anson Mar has represented Ventura County Credit Union for the previous three years as a Business Development Officer. His focus at the Credit Union includes lending for commercial entities, industrial ventures, and real estate transactions. With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and stints as a small business owner, his background affords him a rare understanding of both the complexities of small business ownership and the financial tools available to Ventura County’s business community. He is an advocate for the business owner and is passionate to help our business members to succeed.

Jay Doniaz is the Financial Inclusion & Education Manager at Ventura County Credit Union. With two decades of experience in the financial services industry, Jay has spent the last 10 years specializing in credit union business development and marketing.

Before joining the VCCU team, Jay played a pivotal role in Kern County’s largest credit union, leading multicultural initiatives. His responsibilities included overseeing financial education programs, developing Hispanic outreach efforts, and cultivating enduring relationships with various community organizations.
