Creating a sound financial foundation is essential to the longevity of a business. Discover what your balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow really mean. This Financial Management workshop will take the mystery out of creating a budget, setting up a financial dashboard, and will show you how to set up a healthy financial system. Both new and existing small business owners will benefit from this workshop.
