Beyond the Barricades: Keeping Your Business Moving During Construction

October 5 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
Free
Topic: Managing a Business

Construction Is Coming: Is Your Business Ready?

Upcoming construction along Main Street and Highway 69/75 may change how customers access and interact with businesses throughout the construction area. While construction can create challenges, businesses that prepare early are better positioned to adapt and stay connected with their customers.

Join us for a practical discussion focused on helping small businesses navigate construction-related disruption. We’ll talk about what businesses may experience, strategies for maintaining customer traffic and visibility, ways to communicate effectively with customers, and steps you can take now to prepare your business for potential changes in access, parking, traffic flow, and day-to-day operations.

Don’t wait until construction begins to make a plan. Learn practical ways to prepare, adapt, and keep your business moving forward during disruption. We’ll also discuss strategies to help maintain revenue, manage cash flow, and financially prepare for possible fluctuations in sales throughout the construction period.
