Nina Murrell is a registered Texas architect with nearly 30 years of experience with commercial, institutional, and residential clients. Nina has a passion for teaching newcomers to the design and construction process how to launch and succeed in developing new and expanded bricks and mortar locations. Her projects have included lease space fit-outs and new construction for retail, restaurant/brewery, office, and industrial clients as well as acclaimed music venues, art museums and galleries, and amenities-rich RV resorts.

Diana Vazquez, Vice President Business Banking at Sunflower Bank, N.A. Diana specializes in providing customized financing solutions to small businesses in Central and South Texas. With over 15 years of experience in commercial credit and SBA lending, she is passionate about helping entrepreneurs achieve their goals and grow their businesses.
