Business Structures & Tax Basics

This course is your first stop for understanding how to incorporate your business with the correct legal structure and comprehending operating differences for each type of business. Our educators will review the characteristics, formation, operation, taxation and law around each business type and discuss what might be most appropriate for Native-run businesses on and off tribal land.
