Leading From a Place of Power Without Overpowering, Lissa Qualls – It can be easy to step into a place of leadership and “tell” everyone around us how to show up and how to perform. In this session we will look at how leading from a place of power with instead of power over makes us a more effective and productive leader.

Business and Social Etiquette, Jana Christian – The mere thought of mixing and mingling with strangers is enough to make some people break out in a sweat. Knowing how to handle one’s self with poise adds to an individual’s overall effectiveness when representing an organization at social and business events.
Networking For Success, Lissa Qualls – We know we have to network in order to grow our business. The questions is how exactly do we wo that. We will be looking at ways to be more intentional and effective with our networking.

Lissa Qualls, Clarity, LLC – For over twenty years Lissa served as a trainer for Youth for Christ USA and International. In her leadership roles Lissa has worked with CEOs, managers, leadership teams and entire companies each time helping them to better understand how they show up and how to better communicate with each other.
