• This session will explore the four types of intellectual property, Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights, and Trade Secrets, including definitions, costs, time frames, examples, and where to apply.
• Preliminary search techniques for patents and trademarks will be covered, also what legal, state, and USPTO resources are available.
