Simple Steps for Starting Your Business is a six-week series of pre-business workshops to help clients reach a “go or no-go” decision for a start-up. The content is designed to work in conjunction with mentoring and includes homework for the client to complete. The program is not designed to provide all of the information needed to start a business, but rather to help the client decide whether he or she is ready to take the next step toward becoming an entrepreneur.
Session 2, Business Concepts.
In this second workshop of the “Simple Steps for Starting Your Business” series, you will learn how to evaluate your business concept. You’ll do this by reviewing a feasibility plan draft of a sample business. You’ll also learn how to research industry profile data, customer data, financial projections, and other information to help you create your own business feasibility plan.
