Tribal Consultation regarding the 8(a) BD Program and HUBZone Program

SBA is a contemplating making substantive changes to the regulations governing both the 8(a) Business Development and HUBZone programs, and requests comments and input on how best to reduce unnecessary or excessive regulatory burdens in those programs and make them more attractive to procuring agencies and the small business community.
