Join us for this informative virtual training designed to help small business owners and employers better understand key wage and hour requirements. Participants will receive an overview of U.S. Department of Labor regulations related to minimum wage, overtime, hours worked, and employer recordkeeping responsibilities. The session will also highlight important differences between the U.S. Department of Labor and the Oklahoma Department of Labor, including their respective roles and areas of oversight.

Whether you are hiring your first employee or managing an established workforce, this workshop will provide practical information to help you better understand your responsibilities as an employer and strengthen your wage and hour compliance practices.
