Virtual Workshop: Crafting Customers Profiles

Customer profiles (or buyer personas) are designed to help you understand who your ideal customers are. By doing so, you can craft marketing messages that address their challenges and needs and attract them to your business. This interactive database helps you design customer descriptions using over 100 selection variables – from where they live to how they spend their money.
